How do I apply for a credit refund?
You may apply for a credit refund within 30 days of using your credit if:
- The report you generated has errors or discrepancies
- You did not receive a report
- Other legitimate reasons
To apply for a credit refund, email us at info@carvertical.com with details of the issue.
Note: If you’ve generated a no-findings report, we will automatically return your credit. You can use it immediately to check another vehicle.
