When will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice is automatically generated once your payment is confirmed.

  • If you indicated that you need an invoice during the purchase process, it will be sent to your email once the payment is completed.
  • If you did not request an invoice, you can still find and download it anytime from your carVertical account.

What if I don’t receive my invoice?

If your invoice doesn’t arrive in your email, here are possible reasons:

  • The payment did not go through – Check your bank or PayPal transaction status.
  • Email delivery issues – Look in your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder in case the email was filtered.
  • No invoice request – If you didn’t select the option to receive an invoice by email, you can find it in your account.

If you still can’t find your invoice, follow the steps below to download it manually.

How to download your invoice

1. Log in to your carVertical account

2. Click My account at the top of the website and go to the Transactions section

3. Locate the payment related to your purchase and click View

4. Click Download invoice to save it as a PDF
